Analyst – Enterprise Content Management / Applications Specialist

As part of your job, you will help clients become more successful by improving their information management, optimizing their processes, and making their employees jobs easier. More specifically, the position consists of supporting clients for the implementation of the M-Files solution (ECM / IIM) for better management of information and documents. To do this, you will lead the initial analysis phase with exploration workshops to fully understand their needs of clients and you will develop the requirements and specifications for the solution. In addition, you will participate in the configuration, customization, and deployment of the application. You will also support clients after go-live to help ensure they are getting the best value out of their implementation. You will need to demonstrate professionalism, diligence, and participate actively in the success of the business. You might be called upon to travel across Canada and the United States.

Qualifications and Skills

Required profile

  • Required – A minimum of 2 years (or more) of experience in a similar position

  • Preferred – Knowledge of Microsoft products including Office 365 and SharePoint
  • Preferred – Knowledge of Geographic Information Systems
