Your daily responsibilities in this strategic role:

Management of the Terranova cybersecurity platform
-
Migration of our AD to Azure AD
-
Analysis of IT equipment and vulnerabilities
-
Identify equipment to be upgraded
-
Evaluate the various options and budgets required
-
Equipment maintenance (firmware updates, etc.)
-
Optimization of network architecture
-
Elimination of certain servers
-
Firewall configuration
-
Server upgrades Etc.
-
-
Telephone system maintenance
-
Configuration of workstations for new employees
-
Troubleshooting and internal IT support
-
Migration of GGA vault to gRPC protocol
-
Integration of M-Files with MS Teams Indixio
-
Management of security backups
-
LastPass migration to another solution
-
Keep abreast of IT security news and articles
-
Vulnerability testing of our in-house developed products
-
Budget assessment and creation of servers in Azures for hosting and customers
-
Assist customers in establishing IT architecture for M-Files projects
-
Assist customers in establishing IT architecture for Geomatics projects
-
Participate in tender responses for IT architecture.

Indixio website maintenance (WordPress security patch, etc.)
-
Analysis of internal tool usage
-
Unnecessary subscriptions or plan changes (Breeze, GitHub, Fence, etc.)
-
Replacement by less expensive solutions (e.g. PDFXchange vs. Acrobat)
-
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the field
- DEC in network administration or equivalent
- Good knowledge of Windows server technology, Active Directory, M365
- Good knowledge of scripting tools (e.g. PowerShell, Azure CLI)
- Good knowledge of networking, including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN, IP telephony (3CX)
- Good knowledge of basic network components such as switches, servers, routers, wifi, fiber converters
- Good knowledge of computer components and ability to install new components
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Windows Server, VMware ESXI
