Key Responsibilities
As part of your job, you will help clients become more successful by improving their information management, optimizing their processes, and making their employees jobs easier. You will need to demonstrate professionalism, diligence, and participate actively in the success of the business. You might be called upon to travel across Canada and the United States.
- Complete ECM solution implementations for customers
- Presale’s activities including demonstrations of product functionality and provide technical expertise for how the solutions would fit into the customers environment
- Business analysis to determine and identify the needs of the customer to deploy solutions that will best suite each organization
- Needs analysis and objectives tracking, ensuring that the deployments meet the initial needs of the customer.
- Produce functional and technical specifications based off analysis
- Technical development, customization, and configuration of solutions
- Complete training for end users and system administrators
- Integration ECM solution into other business / enterprise systems
- Deploy and install solutions
- Post-implementation support for customers, use of CRM system
- Problem solving on case-by-case basis
- Regular interactions with database management systems such as SQL Server, Oracle, Firebird and Access
- Complete end user and administrative user documentation
- Other related tasks
Qualifications and Skills
Required profile
- A minimum of 2 years (or more) of experience in a similar position
- You must be bilingual (French and English).

Technical Skills
- Required – Experience with Enterprise Content or Document Management Solutions

- Preferred – Knowledge of Geographic Information Systems
